The Clauses premiere

Graham and Charlie have been so excited for the premiere of the new TV series of The Clauses on the Disney+ Channel.  They had worked as extras on the show back in California in the Spring. Obviously we had to be quite hushed about it until now!  Actually, it's called The Santa Clauses, staring Tim Allen.  It's a spin-off from his Santa Clause movies:
The boys were also in the trailer, and actually Charlie was smack in the middle of the screen right after Santa said he was going to retire:
And yes, they are elves!  Those ears took almost about 15-20 minutes to put on every single time when they arrived at Costumes. The stylists had to make sure it blended it nicely with the color of their skin.

And here's one of the scenes from the very first episode.  Graham and Charlie were Executive Elves in the boardroom with Santa.  Graham is to the left and Charlie is to the right:
And actually, this was their first time on set for this show at the Fox Studios.  They were recalled about 6 times after that and also had a chance to work at the Disney Studio.  What an experience for these boys and also for me and Bob.  One of us always had to be their guardian.  I definitely don't miss taking those Covid tests as it had to be done at least one or two days prior to being on set and it could only be done in downtown LA. That drive was stressful!  Thankfully those were compensated for - my sanity was definitely diminishing having to deal with LA traffic!

The first 2 episodes were released on the first day this past Wednesday.  Looking forward to the rest of the season!

And oh, here are some photos that I had taken while the boys were on the job.  I can finally share them! :-)
Their elf outfits are too cute.  I especially love their boots :-)
Crafties i.e. the free food, was probably Graham and Charlie's favorite.  And of course, the guardian a.k.a. Mommy, gets fed too :-)
The boys and their ears!!
Hopefully the boys will get another chance to do some work again in Production some day.  Maybe in Chicago - who knows! I will have to find another talent agent.  But in the meantime, we are reminiscing about the good times in LA :-D
