Pan-American Music Concert

There was a recent music concert for kids that was held at the Walt Disney Music Hall.  We love this place so it was quite an easy decision to take the boys to this event.

There's always some activities for the kids to do/play with so we were sure to get there earlier:
Awww, love their parrot and crocodile clips!
This "thing" was pretty tall and freaky.  Graham and Charlie did not want to get too close. Ha ha!
We took a quick selfie instead :-D
I love this blue delft water fountain:
Photo op!
I think the boys were actually suppose to aim the box at something else and not at themselves.  Ha!
Thankfully the boys got to this table just a little bit earlier.  It was one of the last few keychains for them to put together:
Off to our seats:
Love this!!  Those organ pipes in the background are always so amazing.  Hopefully someday we can actually hear them!
We couldn't take any photography during the show but here are the crew on stage at the end of the show.  It was great!
There was a part of the show where you could stand and dance and Charlie and I were dancing away and Graham didn't want anything to do with it.  Ha ha!

The architecture of this building is just amazing:
Curvy and pointy at the same time??!
Charlie really wanted this bracelet.  He said he would pay us back.  Hmmm, I think we are still waiting on that money from his own wallet:
Super magnets on that bracelet!
As per usual, we are always looking for a place to eat after an event.  We love the fresh pasta at this restaurant and also their little car :-)
This is one of their specialty dishes - I'm guessing the darker pasta is dipped with squid ink.  Never had it before but it was super yummy!  I would definitely order it again:
I'm making... ok, almost forcing Graham to try something new.  Someday he is going to realize how much he is missing!
We decided to walk down to the restaurant from the Music Hall, but after all that food, no one wants to walk back up the hill!  LOL!!  So we wait for the "Angel's Flight":
It's actually quite hot and stuffy while we wait for it to move.  At this point, it probably would have been faster to take those steps up!
Quite the incredible story and I didn't realize that it was actually built in 1901!
We come home and funny enough, the "How to Spend It" magazine has the cover of Frank Gehry.  He is the architect that designed the Walt Disney Music Hall.  What a coincidence!!
It's amazing how these people think.  I'm guessing you can sort of see what he was envisioning??!
Ha ha!  Love it!  :-D
