And I finally put all the veggies in the garden. They have been in the dining room, by the window for the last week or so:
We have some peppers, tomatoes, basil, and some salad leaves :-)
The swing that we put on this tree was finally no match for this branch. We tied a football around the rope and threw it back around the branch so we could take the rope down:
More mulching!
I think we've made 3 separate trips now to Home Depot:
We are putting some newspaper down as well as the fabric landscape cover before the mulch. Let's hope that will help control the weed problem:
Looking pretty good, but we still need so much mulch! We might head over to our local township instead. They provide free mulch as long as you haul it yourself. Or... you could pay $125 for a delivered load. I thought that was a bit much!

This branch does not want to come down!
We have a saw on a long pole but it's rather blunt. Perhaps we will have to drag the taller ladder out of the garage. Always something!
