Random happenings

Seems like there's been so much going on lately.  It's already almost the middle of June! I haven't even had a chance to blog about Bobby's birthday yet and it will already be my birthday this Sunday. Ha!

One of the moms from school hosted a party and they provided a going-away cake for me and this other mom.  Awww, so sweet!
I hope we'll be able to find some nice people when we move to IL!

Graham got his booster shot the day after his birthday.  Thought the paper he was laying on was so cute since it had his name of it:
Dinner after the booster shot.  Charlie was suppose to get his shot too but it wasn't quite approved yet.  The nurse in charge did tell me he could actually get it the day after, but at this point we're just going to wait. I  don't feel like making an extra trip right now. :-P
The next day, Bobby and I go out and play some golf.  It's on a golf course that is affiliated to the golf club that we've join in IL.  I made Bobby pose after a good shot :-)
Unfortunately, we didn't quite finish the entire round.  We actually had to leave even earlier than planned because Graham was not feeling well after his booster shot from the previous day.  Out of all days... when we are furthest away from the house, of course!

I was helping out in Charlie's classroom and was able to watch him give his presentation to his teacher and friends in class.  Well done, Charlie!
I had some extra time on the way back up to school for pick up and it was a beautiful day for a photo:
Looks like we have a tired Charlie!
Hmmm, looks like Charlie is really tired!??
Come to find out, Charlie actually had a mild fever that night.  So weird!  He was going to miss class the next day anyway since the boys had Production work.

Well, thankfully no fever the next day, so boys are off to "work" at Disney Studios:
The food here is sooooo much better!
Another long day on set.  Quick photo op:
Well, Mommy wanted to get into the photo as well :-D
We will definitely remember these experiences on Production!

Looks like the broccoli in the garden is ready:
Just in time as we have some friends coming to the house for a cook-over:
Yay for good friends!
Last weekend, we decided to head out to a car dealership to check out an SUV.  It's towards Anaheim and here we are driving by the Angels stadium:
OMG, trucks these days are getting so HUGE!
The salesman was quick on getting us to buy something, while on the other hand - we just wanted to see some numbers.  Anyhow, we may head back tomorrow as we did see a vehicle that we liked.

Dinner time and boys are totally still into these kiddy cocktails which they discovered during Spring Break in IL:
Yummy cheese and salami platter:
Last but not least, June Gloom!!
It has been consistently gloomy during school drop-offs these past few days:
I'm assuming we will get lots of these gloomy days in IL.  I may have to buy some extra lights for the new house!

We still haven't heard anything back from the Buyers yet since the inspection this past Monday.  These lapse in time makes me and Bobby so anxious.  Aaahhh...!!!  And on the other hand, it's been so tricky getting a loan for the house in IL.  What's going on??!  Just keep praying that things will all fall into place eventually.  Eventually, I guess - taking it one day at a time!!
