We have been growing Charlie's watermelon since early October. It is technically a mini watermelon, but look at it's funny shape!
Looks like a super large kidney bean. Ha ha!
It wasn't super sweet but it was definitely juicy. So we decided to make watermelon juice. YUUMMM...!!
So far nothing else really growing out in the garden right now. We have given away a lot of oranges from our tree and still have quite a few left. I'm definitely getting my Vitamin C in these days. Oh, we do have a sweet potato plant growing but it's been so cold lately (it got down to 44F last night!) so I'm not exactly sure how well that is growing.
Until next spring I guess before we figure out what else to plant :-)
