My new clubs have arrived!!
Although I think Charlie is more excited about them. Ha ha!I never thought I would be playing PXG clubs, especially when Bobby does not particular like the commercials. Ha!
It's difficult to resist if the clubs came with a good price though. And yes, graphite shafts. I'm starting to show my age. I really should just accept it. LOL!
I hope their slogan is true! Hoping to play a bit more next year and hopefully to do better!
I have one less club now - no 4 Hybrid. I've added a 7 Wood instead of a 5 Wood, but they are all a 5 degree difference between the 3 Wood, 7 Wood, and 5 Hybrid:
So much for telling the boys to be careful with the hardwood floor. I accidentally knocked my wedge and it fell through the slot. Like a cartoon, pling-plopping down the stairs. HA!!
I haven't had much of a chance to swing yet. I did hit the 8 iron a few times the other day. It felt really good! The 5 Hybrid - not so much at this time, hit some low hooks with them. We'll see if I need to adjust the lie angle but thankfully PXG has a fitting facility really close by. This was probably another reason why I went with them. Can't wait until Spring when I can take the clubs out on the golf course!
