We ended up buying some "Production" stools. I call them that because I saw some on the very first set the boys and I were at in downtown LA during a shoot. The stool basically collapse onto itself into perhaps a 1.5" disc. Pretty neat!
Graham was persistent about watching Matilda. It was being put on by the local high school. I only realized that he was posing just like Matilda is on that backdrop. Ha!
By the way, the Matilda production was awesome!! These kids were all really good. Bobby and I were pleasantly surprised.

Speaking of Bobby, he was my lunch date again a couple of weeks ago. This is the kind of behavior I have to put up with. And you think the kids are bad :-P
Charlie and I went to a nursery recently to look for a specific plant. Instead we can across this one that almost looks like a scary, furry spider!! No, we didn't buy it:
You probably can't see it but I had been wearing my glasses more often because I'm still waiting on my contact lens to show up. I was spray painting the tether pole (which eventually toppled over anyway - oops!). It's crazy to think how much of that spray paint ends up on myself or in my lungs if this much of it is on my glasses. Yikes!!
We were having lunch by the back patio and Graham goes around the corner and then comes back to tell me that there is a "Love Party" going on. Oh boy, it was 2 lizards snuggled up together! Loved his choice of words, ha ha! Although, upon closer inspection - one lizard was actually biting the other. Kinky!!
I finally put aside some time to get all these bottles of lotion opened up. I hate it when I can't get to ALL the lotion that's in these pump bottles. I had so many bottles that I even sterilized a jar so I can dump all of the lotion in it. This will last me a few more weeks, at least!
My laundry hamper have finally called it quits. This one has been with me for a very long time - perhaps even traveled the world with me during my golfing/touring days. I probably should have just left it in my suitcase instead of in Charlie's bedroom. Well, time to move on:
The Jacaranda trees are finally in full bloom!! It's a love-hate relationship with these trees. The purple flowers are so beautiful but do they make a mess of the yard and the driveway. Don't even get me started on those roots and our pipes. Sheesh:
Here's another look at those purple flowers now. So pretty!
And I love the smell of these Jasmines too:Charlie and I went to a nursery recently to look for a specific plant. Instead we can across this one that almost looks like a scary, furry spider!! No, we didn't buy it:

We were out for dinner last week and Charlie wanted to try an oyster. And of course we couldn't just order one so it was a platter of 6. Thankfully it was only $1 each:
Nope! No good!!! LOL!!!
I recently bought these bee's wax wrap. I wrapped an avocado and left it in the fridge for a good 4 days, if I'm not mistaken. And wow, it's not all black! I cut the top half of the avocado so you can see the difference. This wrap is amazing! I'm so glad I don't have to waste avocadoes now or eat up the other half when we have too much:

Okay, I think that's it for April!
