There's been quite a few random photos that I have not had a chance to post. Somehow I've just been so busy and then by the end of the day, the boys and I will watch TV or I'll watch my own shows on TV... and that's that. Somehow we've been getting into the habit of watching some sort of TV series almost every single night!
Some impromptu shopping for outdoor cushions with Charlie. Half off! Woohoo!!! (We went with the blue ones :-)
We finally had our teeth cleaned at the dentist again (earlier in June). These handheld computer games are definitely coming in handy in keeping the boys occupied during these appointments:The "dancing" games are definitely better I think, especially if it gets them moving around and sweaty!
End of school party with lots of cotton candy!
Graham was curious and poured water into the cotton candy. Needless to say, he made a mess of his shorts!!!This is what happens when Graham and Charlie ends up playing around with your cellphone - some funny selfies. LOL!!!
Charlie is a funny looking sheep with a comb in its hair (above) and Graham is an odd looking kid with fire eyelids?!?! These boys are too funny:
A rare sight when the boys are snuggling on the couch watching TV in the morning... quietly. They are allowed to sleep on the couch during the weekends. It's like a hotel because they can just flip on the TV just as they are waking up, just like when we are in the hotel rooms during short trips/vacations:
Graham and I saw a hunting store a few weeks ago and we went in looking for perhaps some bows and arrows. They didn't have any but had tons of fish bait!
I'm not making a lot of progress with my Paint-by-Numbers. It's been like this for the past month:
Graham started taking writing lessons with a private tutor a few weeks ago. He is so happy to be able to do it in-person. Charlie and I would just hang out not too far from them in the park:
Well, not really hang out - I make Charlie do some work too. Ha ha! He is obviously not very happy about it:
This fire alarm would somehow start beeping and it's suppose to be one of those where the built-in batteries last for 10 years! Well, Bobby got tired of it and put it on the front steps of the house. That way he made sure I saw it and "took care of it" when I got home. Ha!
Graham is proudly showing off another project from one of his kits that he had put together. This one is a calendar. Pretty neat!
The weather has been quite nice still despite all the heatwave that's happening north of us. The marine layer that comes in during the late afternoon is still quite the sight when we drive around the area:
That's it for now. More to come!
