Bobby's Eggy in a Basket

Bobby asked me what I wanted for breakfast last weekend so of course, my usual answer is "Eggy in a basket!"  It doesn't take me long to finish one:

So then, when I asked for another, Bobby asked if I was going to take a photo of the actual Eggy in the basket :-D

Yes, these are yummy!  The egg is cooked to perfection - egg is nice and runny and just the right amount of browning on the toast as well.  So, I suppose it's okay if I have to deal with this after:

I guess I sort of gave it away as to who has been leaving food items open :-P
