The first attempt for Charlie's dental work didn't happen as well as I would have liked, so we scheduled another appointment with a different dentist. This one was in the city and thankfully, it wasn't too difficult to find and parking was not an issue.
So early last week, we headed into the city. Graham was the guinea pig as usual. Charlie helped count Graham's teeth and slowly warmed up to the idea of sitting in the dentist's chair next. The dentist used some purple solution to see how much plague was in Charlie's teeth. I have never seen this before. WOW! It was like prepping for Halloween!
Charlie was such a great patient! Hopefully it will be the same when it's just me and him next week. Fingers crossed! More cleaning required!
Since we were already in the city, we went to a mall by the end of the corniche. Always a pretty good view from up here!
Fancy apartment building coming up next to the mall!
Hot chocolate for everyone. Thumbs up from Graham!
So much for that initial cleaning. It's sugar right back into the mouth!
The boys are trying to locate the car:
We promised Charlie we would get him something if he had a successful trip to the dentist. Let's see how long it will take the boys to figure this one out!
It's funny how Charlie loves making bracelets! Thankfully we have some friends visiting us this week and they have a 11-year old daughter. The bracelet looms should keep everyone busy for the next few day :-)
