Crazy weather

We've had some crazy weather this past month - with fog that you could barely see across the street!

And then, one particular day it was so clear that I had to stop the car and take this photo.  We were high above a hill driving down from school to music.  You can see clearly across the peninsula!!!

It's been really quite rainy lately and one night I decided to see how well my drain was working.  Well, there was so much water it was overflowing and still going over to the neighbors!  Oops... so looks like there is more "tweaking" to be done.  Never an ending story with this drain.  Eventually we will get it right!
